Overnight Stay *

It is possible to stay overnight at the venue. The costs for the overnight stay are €137,30 per night. This price is including VAT and €2,80 per night Dutch Tourist Tax. Overnight stay is for lodging on 19 and 20 March and breakfast on 20 and 21 March. (Payments to be made at the Lunterse Boer upon arrival).

Taking and using Pictures *

During the Whole Person Process Facilitation Training (WPPF), Facilitators will be taking pictures. Please indicate your willingness to let us use your image in the ways described below: I am granting Doris Gottlieb, Anna Caroline Türk and Thomas Herrmann the right and permission to publish, copyright and use pictures of me in which I may be included in whole or in part, composite or retouched in character or form taken during the WPPF training. Doris Gottlieb, Thomas Herrmann and Anna Caroline Türk cannot be responsible for photos taken by workshop participants and posted on social media. In these times, it is possible for people to take pictures without others realizing it. We do encourage workshop participants to ask one another about taking pictures and posting pictures.

Cancellation and Refund Policy *

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Please read and indicate you have understood and agree with our cancellation and refund policy. Once you have agreed with this policy, and we have sent you an invoice, we will consider your registration official, and you are responsible for the costs of participation in alignment with the terms described below. Should you cancel your participation, we apply the following policy: Cancel up to 1 Month prior to the training, and you will receive a full refund, Cancel up to 2 weeks prior to the training, and you will receive a 50% refund. Cancel less than two weeks prior to the training, and you will need to pay in full. Should the organizer's need to cancel the event for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
