Costs for Overnight Stay 119,25 per night. This includes lodging on 3 and 4 September and breakfast on 4 and 5 September. It is also possible to book an overnight stay on 2 September based on availability at the venue. Costs for this stay are €104,75 (Hotel costs are Inclusive VAT).

Taking and Using Pictures *

During the training, the Facilitators will be taking pictures. Please indicate your willingness to let us use your image in the ways described below: I am granting the workshop facilitators the right and permission to publish, copyright and use pictures of me in which I may be included in whole or in part, composite or retouched in character or form, taken during the workshops. The facilitators are not responsible for photos taken by workshop participants and posted on social media. In these times, it is possible for people to take pictures without others realizing it. We do encourage workshop participants to ask one another about taking pictures and posting pictures.

Cancellation Policy *

Cancellation and Refund Policy:  Please read and indicate you have understood and agree with our Once you have agreed with this policy and we have sent you an invoice, we will consider your registration official and you are responsible for the costs of participation in alignment with the terms described below. Should you cancel your participation, we apply the following policy:  Cancel up to 1 Month prior to the training, and you will receive a full refund, Cancel up to 2 weeks prior to the training, and you will receive a 50% refund. Cancel less than two weeks prior to the training, and you will need to pay in full. Should the organizer's need to cancel the event for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
