WHAT TO EXPECT
This 5 Day intensive will be a highly participatory deep dive into the topic of Holistic Organization Development.
It will provide you with an opportunity
Engage in an experiential learning experience that will help you to develop your own understanding and ideas about how to use a Holistic approach within organization development in your work, either as a member of an organization, a leader or an external consultant.
To explore your understanding of this topic through a Genuine Contact lens and learn the Genuine Contact perspective.
Learn simple tools, processes, and methods that can be used as you build capacity for Holistic Organization Development in your organization
