ABOUT THIS TRAINING
In this training participants learn how to do an organizational diagnosis to know what is already in place and what needs to be replaced or cleansed – important knowledge when planning to re-model or re-organize an organization. The diagnosis is the starting point and with it comes a map for the regeneration of organizational health and balance.
The same multi-functional tools that are used in the diagnosis, are also used in the regeneration process and in many other processes within the Genuine Contact Program.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN IN THIS TRAINING
The training provides participants with the skills and confidence to carry out a diagnosis of the state of health and balance (wellness) of their organization without the need for consultant help. You leave with self-help tools so you can do period checks and adjustments in order to sustain the desired state of the organization.
You will leave this experiential, interactive workshop equipped with:
A practical, holistic framework for doing an organizational diagnosis
A complete diagnosis of your organization from your perspective
A practical, holistic framework for achieving and maintaining long-term organizational health
Working knowledge of basic multi-purpose tools: the Medicine Wheel Tool©, the Deep Essence Tool©, the Grief Cycle, the Organizational Lifecycle, the Storyline
A complete skill and knowledge module for consultants, managers, and leaders with benefits used on its own or in conjunction with other components of the Genuine Contact™ Program
THE ONLINE OFFERING
We are highly experienced at working online, having done so for the past 15 years. In our online work, we never want to settle for mediocre meetings, so we have continuously developed skills and practices to facilitate highly participatory and nourishing meetings online.
ABOUT THE TRAINERS
Doris Gottlieb (The Netherlands), Thomas Herrmann (Sweden), and Anna Caroline Türk (Germany) are joining forces to offer this training. They are highly dedicated to this approach and invest much of their energy in the development of the Genuine Contact Program and have worked closely with Birgitt and Ward Williams, founders of the Genuine Contact Program, for almost two decades.
Working together, they each bring their own specific strengths, expertise and practical insights, to provide you with a rich and varied learning experience. They teach in English, Swedish, German, Dutch, and Spanish.
As consultants they have assisted organizations such as Volvo, Etsy, World Wildlife Fund, Soundcloud, City of Gothenburg, Stena Line and the Karolinska Institute, Emancipator, in learning and applying the Genuine Contact approach to increase organizational success.
WHO SHOULD TAKE THIS TRAINING
This training will help anyone, such as facilitators, managers and (team) leaders, who organize and/or conduct meetings, whether they be regular meetings, workshops or trainings. Anyone who creates and carries out participative processes, within their organization or community, will also find this training highly beneficial.
This training is also excellent for those who would like to deepen and enhance their facilitation skills, such as trainers, facilitators, consultants, leaders and managers. This training is also useful if you want to build your experience and practice in the Genuine Contact™ approach to leadership and organizational success.

Where: Online We will meet using Zoom and Miro for our online platforms to ensure a participative event. To ensure your best experience it is best to work on a computer and not a tablet or mobile phone.
