Working with Open Space Technology - Advanced Facilitation Skills Workshop 1 - Genuine Contact Program

  • Landgoed de Horst 1 De Horst Driebergen-Rijsenburg, UT, 3971 KR Netherlands (map)

Open Space Technology (OST) is a meeting methodology that taps into the collective
wisdom of a group, team, organization or community in order to address concrete business issues, find answers to complex problems, and nurture leadership in times of change. Using the potential of the whole group, whether 5 or 500+ people, OST has the capacity to bring people together around topics that are deeply important to them and thus prone to misunderstanding and come away with breakthrough understanding, learning and action together. OST has proven long term effects in innovation, problem-solving and improving how people work together. Working repeatedly with Open Space Technology has the capacity to transform organizations.

We plan to offer this training in person at Landgoed de Horst in Driebergen, the Netherlands. Should this not be possible we will offer the training online.
