Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
I am the soul owner of the information collected on this site. I collect information that you voluntarily provide via email or by signing onto my mailing list. I do not share this information or sell or rent it to any third party.
I use the information I have collected either to send out newsletters that keep you informed about my activities, thoughts and workshops I announce at Doris Gottlieb Consultant| Facilitator | Coach or to send information, invoices, updates about workshops for which you have signed or in which you've indicated you are interested. I don't share your information with any third party outside of my organization,
Unless you ask me not to, I may contact you via email in the future to inform you about news, new offers or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
Collection, Storage and Use of your data
You will be asked to fill in a contact form with your information if you have register for the newsletter, signed up for a workshop, course, or mentoring/coaching with Doris Gottlieb Consultant | Facilitator | Coach or have filled in a contact form or asked for other information about any of the services offered on this website. This information is necessary for such things as sending your invoices, contacting you with relaevant information about the activity of your interest, sending you updates etc. .
The following sort of information is collected:
•First and Last Name
•E-mail address
•Telepbone Number
•Website
•Company Name (when relevant)
•Function
•Contact Address
•Zipcode, City of residence and Country of Residence.
•IP-number
•Btw-number
You will always be asked to provide this information and it is only collected when you provide it, and it will be kept digitally.
Storage Period
In principle your data will be stored only for the time that is necessary to fullfill the requirements of why it was gathered. Your data will be deleted once you have unsubscribed from the newsletter or asked me via email to remove the data. Once you have unsubscribed your personal information will be removed from the system at the latest by the end of the week in which you have requested it to be removed.
The data collected for accounting and CRM systems are saved for at least 10 years in order to comply with Dutch Laws regarding taxation, etc. The aforementioned terms will be followed except in cases where other legal responsibilities dictate that information must be stored/made accessible.
Your Rights
You are always free to unsubscribe or ask your data to be deleted from my stytem, at which point your data will no longer be used. Withdrawal of this consent does not affect the legality of our data collection on the basis of your consent which took place prior to this withdrawal.
You always have a right to know which data has been collected and to make changes to your personal information.
