Path To Organizational Health and Balance
Most organizations are full of people who care deeply about their work. And yet, something is off. Energy drains instead of builds. Change efforts stall. People work hard but the culture isn't quite keeping pace with where you need to go.
This is not a failure. It is a signal.
Just as the human body has within it the capacity to heal and rebalance, so does your organization. This half-day workshop gives you the time, space, and a practical framework to begin reading those signals clearly — and to start the conversations that matter
What you will learn
You will leave with more than a framework. You will leave with new eyes for your organization. During the session you will:
Develop a practical understanding of what organizational health actually looks like and the concrete difference it makes for the people inside it.
Explore the essential questions that help you assess where your organization is right now — what is working, what is out of balance, and what it most needs.
Discover how worldviews shape the way organizations are led, structured, and changed, and how to begin working with that consciously.
Walk away with a framework you can bring directly into conversation with your colleagues, your leadership team, or your board.
Gain understanding of the Genuine Contact Way of Working with organizations, a way of working that supports sustainable, human-centered development, even in times of uncertainty.
About the method
A foundational module with lasting impact
The Path to Organizational Health and Balance a learning module from the Genuine Contact Way of Working, a comprehensive approach developed by Birgitt and Ward Williams and practiced in organizations worldwide.
The framework draws on a simple but profound insight: every organization already contains within it the blueprint for its own optimal health and balance. The work is not to impose a model from the outside, but to create the conditions for what is already possible to emerge.
This workshop is complete in itself and can be taken as a standalone experience. It is also one of the building blocks of the Genuine Contact Way of Working, and forms part of four learning paths within that framework: Simplifying Leadership, Participatory Methods That Get Results, Designing a Thriving Organization, and Train the Trainer.
