Change from Inside Out

For change to be sustainable it must come from inside the organization. It is, in the end, those people within the organization who will be most impacted by the change both in terms of benefits and drawbacks. More importantly, those people who dedicate their energy, creativity and skill to any organization have the most valuable information and insights about how it can improve. If they are energized and know that there is a framework where their knowledge and input is valued, then they will come up with the most elegant solutions. What’s more by working with change from inside out those in the organization grow their ability to connect and learn from one another.
